Middagstipseren is a service developed and provided by Nicklas Eriksson is intended for use as is. The service is available online at in the iPhone App Store as "Middagstipseren" and the Google Play Store as "Middagstipseren - Lag ukemeny basert på tilbud". The purpose of Middagstipseren is to make recipe suggestions depending on the weekly offers in your local store.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use disclosure of Personal Information and Terms and Condition to use Middagstipseren, if anyone decided to use Middagstipseren.
If you choose to use Middagstipseren, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving Middagstipseren. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

You use the Service at your own risk. In no event shall Middagstipseren be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Middagstipseren’s aggregated liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the lesser of:
- membership fees paid by the user
- membership fees paid by the user during the previous calendar year; or 500 NOK.
Miscellaneous
For the sake of clarity, Middagstipseren doesn’t undertake the obligation to monitor the contents of third party content.
You are not entitled to assign your rights and/or obligations under these Terms or use of the Service to any third party without Nicklas Eriksson’s prior written consent. Nicklas Eriksson is entitled to assign its rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Nicklas Eriksson reserves the right to refuse the Service to anyone for any reason at any time. Any and all material changes shall become into effect between you and Middagstipseren upon your acceptance of such changes (e.g., by using the Services after such notification has been made to you or renewing your subscription).
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and the use of the Services are governed by the laws of Norway, except for its conflicts of laws principles. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the Norway public courts, whereby the District Court of Bergen shall be the court of the first instance.
